Shipping Locations
Keto Airy products are exclusively available online at the Site. While we primarily ship within the United States, we may expand our shipping options in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our shipping destinations.
Order Processing
For orders to begin processing on the next business day, they should be placed by 11:59 PM PT. Generally, processing takes 1-2 business days upon receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). During special occasions like holidays, launches/restocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions, processing times might be extended. Orders made over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Before processing, all purchases undergo credit authorization. Only authorized purchases will proceed for processing and shipment.
Once you’ve finalized your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that outlines your order. After your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked with your order within 24-48 hours. This email will also contain a tracking link for you to monitor your order’s status.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation email, please check the email address connected to your order and also look in your Spam/Junk/Trash folders.
During times of high order volume, there may be delays in receiving order confirmation emails. If you haven’t received your confirmation within 24-48 hours of purchase, kindly reach out to our customer service team.
Order Delivery
Upon shipment, deliveries within the United States typically take 2-5 days. All orders are shipped via USPS. While we do not currently offer expedited shipping, we’re continuously evaluating options to enhance your experience.
